Bio: Living la vida not so loco in New Orleans. Originally from Philly but call NOLA my home. Doing kick ass social justice work and hanging with great friends. I decided to start this blog because I found myself being too judgemental and negative...when depression and anxiety kick in it turns into anger and negativity for me and even when I can get a handle on the depression, the negativity persists....so I am forcing myself to be positive and grateful at least once per day and hopefully it will rub off and become more than once per day.
